背景 Background
|
聯合國政府間氣候變化專業委員會(IPCC) 在二零零七年發表的第四份評估報告顯示全球氣溫上升,極有可能是由人類活動導致溫室氣體濃度上升而引起;而許多自然系統及城市發展正受到氣候變化的威脅;報告亦闡述各項緩減及適應氣候變化的措施。雖然香港面積少而且人口只佔全球的千分之一,但香港作為一個國際都市,應盡世界公民的責任,以行動緩減氣候變化的影響。氣候變暖所帶來的影響將對我們的下一代的經濟、環境及社會發展最為明顯。現今的社會各界,又是否有權以下一代的未來換取當今的繁榮? 我們的下一代對於他們將受到的威脅又了解多少?
有見及此,為了鼓勵年青一代建立一個可持續發展的社會,本會繼去年舉辦首屆「清新空氣廣播劇比賽2007」後,今年將舉辦「第二屆全港中學生『可持續發展』廣播劇創作比賽」。 |

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) published the fourth report in 2007 and indicated that global warming is likely to be caused by the human activities; the natural systems and city development are intimidated; the report also proposed mitigation and adaptation strategies of climate change. As an international city, Hong Kong should exercise its global citizenship and take action to lessen climate change. The effects of climate change to our next generation are the most obvious. Does the present society have the right to exchange our children’s future for current prosperity? What does our next generation know about the threats to their future?
To encourage the next generation to build a sustainable society, PCSD is inheriting the “Clean Air Radio Drama Competition 2007" and is organizing the 2nd Annual Radio Drama Competition on Sustainable Development. |
比賽目的 Aim
|
透過資料搜集及分析活動,提升學生對全球氣候變暖的認識及批判性思考;
提供機會讓學生透過文字及聲音,創作廣播劇;
透過大氣電波,與全港市民分享對氣候變暖的認識.、體會及實踐低碳生活的大計;
鼓勵學生集合青年力量,推動並實踐低碳生活。 |

Enhance the knowledge of climate change and develop critical thinking through data collection and further analysis;
Provide a chance for students to write and use their voices to produce a radio drama;
Share the ideas of actualizing “low-carbon” lifestyle with the public through the airwaves;
Encourage students to gather youth voices to promote and implement "low-carbon" lifestyle. |

全港中一至中七學生,包括就讀於國際學校的學生。 |
| All students in secondary schools, including international schools. |
組別 Division
| 比賽分「中文廣播劇組」及「英文廣播劇組」兩組,各組分別設高中組 (中四至中七)及初中組(中一至中三),整個比賽共設四組(詳見下表)。廣播劇須由學生參與編劇及演繹,每隊四至六人,可由一位老師作指導。每間學校最多可派四隊參賽,惟參賽組別不可重複︰ |
| The competition is divided into English and Chinese (Cantonese/ Mandarin) streams. Each stream consists of Junior (F.1-F.3) and Senior session (F.4-F.7). The competition consists of 4 sessions in total. 4-6 students form a team. Each team can be guided by a teacher. Each school can send a maximum of 4 teams, each of which must join a different session. |

廣播劇要求 Expectations
|
廣播劇需以資料搜集為基礎。整個廣播劇演出需在三分鐘內完成。超過三分鐘之作品將視作未完成作品論,參賽資格將被取消。音響效果將影響作品之評分,建議錄音時用麥克風收音。 |
| The radio drama should be research-based. It should not exceed 3 minutes. Entries which last longer than 3 minutes will be disqualified. Please note that sound recording quality would certainly affect grading. A microphone is highly recommended for sound recording of the radio drama. |
評審準則 Judging Criteria
| 評審準則包括︰內容、對主題的演示、教育性、準確性、表達技巧、創意。 |
| The selection criteria are based on content, topic relevancy, educational value, accuracy, communication skills and creativity. |

| 得獎名單將於2009年3月公佈。各得獎學校將獲個別通知,結果將上載至香港可持續發展公民議會網頁。 |
| The results of the competition will be announced in March 2009. The awarded teams and schools will be particularly contacted and results will be uploaded onto the PCSD's website. |
