填妥報名表格電郵至secretariat@susdevhk.org或郵寄至「香港灣仔道133號星航資訊中心10樓A室」香港可持續發展公民議會收。信封面請註明「第二屆全港中學生『可持續發展』廣播劇創作比賽」。

Send application form (Available on website) by email to secretariat@susdevhk.org or by postage to: Hong Kong People’s Council for Sustainable Development, Unit 10A,Times Media Centre, 133 Wan Chai Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Please specify the envelope with "2nd Annual Radio Drama Competition on Sustainable Development".

請用以下一種方法遞交表格︰

1)郵寄至「香港灣仔道133號星航資訊中心10樓A室」香港可持續發展公民議會收，或;

2) 或傳真至3007-5431，或;

3)***為減少用紙，鼓勵參加者將報名表電郵到︰secretariat@susdevhk.org

Please use 1 of the 3 ways to submit the registration form :

1) By mail to Hong Kong People’s Council for Sustainable Development, Unit 10A,Times Media Centre, 133 Wan Chai Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong; OR

2) send by fax: 3007-5431; OR

3) ***To reduce paper consumption, participants are encouraged to return this form by email to secretariat@susdevhk.org.

參賽須知及主辦機構特別聲明 Declaration

1. 參加者需在提交之前請先作備份。

2. 所有參賽作品，不可在遞交作品前發表、出版或參加其他比賽。

3. 參賽作品須為參賽者本人創作，如有頂替或抄襲等行為，若查証屬實，主辦機構將取消其參賽資格，而所涉及之法律責任將由參賽者自行承擔。

4. 參賽作品一經提交，即表示同意授權主辦機構將參賽作品及附件內所有資料複製、存檔、傳輸及發佈，作教育或其他非商業用途。

5. 主辦機構有權隨時更改參賽條款、規則及獎項安排。參賽條款及規則如有更改，恕不另行通知。

6. 参加者對結果不得異議。

1. Participants should keep a copy of their dramas before submission

2. All entries shoud not have been publicized, published or submitted to any other competitions.

3. All entries should be originally produced by participants. If plagiarism or replacement is found, teams will be disqualified and the participants might risk to bear any consequences caused.

4. Once the entry is submitted, the organizer is granted the right to copy, save, send and broadcast the radio drama for educational or non-commercial purposes.

5. The organizer reserves the right to amend the rules and arrangements of prizes, without prior announcements.

6. The participants cannot object to the results of the competition that is determined by the organizer.
